performance

Altum:

greek, noun. reaching the highest peaks

as well as the deepest depths.

“Working with Trey has not only skyrocketed my athletic ability, but changed the way I approach and understand training. Showing up to fall camp at Yale I was the fastest, quickest, and most explosive I’d ever been and the coaches noticed immediately! I wish I started working with Trey much sooner!”

  • Garon Kemp (Duncan), Yale WR, Dripping Springs Class of 2023

“Training with Trey Hardee has made me fitter, stronger and healthier. He motivates me to push the limits of my power and speed and then teaches me the skills and proper technique to maximize my potential as an athlete. He has coached me through aches and pains to avoid injuries and make me more functional and pain-free in my work life and daily life as a mom. Most of all, I have fun! I have more energy. Even after over a year training together, I am still learning something new. He is inspirational and honest. He pours his heart, years of experience, and expertise into tailoring a program that has allowed me to meet and exceed my goals as an athlete.”
