Sports have commonalities that cross over from the weight room to the track, court, field, or pitch. At ALTUM we get the most out of our sessions by hitting the areas that have most benefit for overall athleticism and sports performance: work capacity, strength endurance, max strength, power, sprinting mechanics, and jumping ability.
